Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Canadian Orders: 5–10 business days International Orders: 10–21 business days

Print-on-Demand Products Some EFW products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. These items may ship separately and may have slightly longer production times. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
